Best of 2013: Paranormal Contemporary

This year I'm splitting my paranormal into two categories: historical and contemporary.  There were just too many books, and I had a really hard time comparing something that was steampunk with something more modern or even slightly futuristic.  Plus, there's such a wide range of paranormal. It's sort of my catch-all for anything from vampires to ghosts to mer-people to zombies.

So, in no particular order, here's my favorite paranormal books for 2013.

1. The Indigo Spell by Richelle Mead

2. With All My Soul by Rachel Vincent
